Plugin Help?

Hello, my name is yarmoam and I've encountered a problem while coding a plugin.

The plugin I'm making is one that duplicates block when mined, depending on the fortune level. I've recently finished the plugin, only to find out that players with the pickaxe can break blocks protected by World Guard.

How can I implement/import WorldGuard support into my plugin?
