Ok in general i need a nice cosmetic plugin made
its on the medium difficulty
but ok my budget is between 25-50$ ik not much but still and I prefer the lower side
what i need is a plugin that works like this
it spawns a shucklerBullet(due to floating and movement patterns) which will follow Player its assigned to and move behind the player in abit of a swaying movement (if possible)
make the bullet invisible and attach a itemstack entity( item, blocks, heads)
have a command like /fpbody give {player} (Id) -head user name
secound part will be to spawn a particle in the same spot as the entity to give the fairy a tail and make a more diverse amount of designs
command /fptail give {player} (particle name)
of course the fairy needs to disappear when logging off
and also teleport to player if distance becomes to great a.k.a teleporting to spawn/players/warps
i think that everything that it needs

This section is for mods, not plug-ins. A better place for this might be under server discussion, they usually do more plugin related things. If you meant mod instead of plug in however, I'll look into this, seems like something I wouldn't mind spending time making. Is what your asking to have an entity that looks like a fairy or another texture follow behind you with particles floating behind it? Because if so this sounds like a project I could definitely do
