Plugin Request: Wolves and teleporting

The mcmmo combat tree taming is quite useful, whether you're invisible in an enemy base with wolves with strength potions ripping them apart, or general pvp/protection. The only problem is, they don't like to teleport with you. When you teleport to a new chunk the old one unloads instantly, not letting your wolves have time to teleport to the new area where you have teleported. Not sure how to make a plugin so im asking anyone. I think if there was a way to keep the previous chunk loaded for another 3 seconds after you teleport your pets will have plenty of time to relocate to the new area you're in.
