Plugins guy!!!!!

hello my friends i am wondering today if i could find any one who is realy good with plugins here is the backstory recently me and my friends have decided on hosting a hunger games server and the problem isnt building or players its the plugins all of are terrible with such things and are using mchosting its the one were you have dirt plan and since we know this a lot of work who ever does will get a lead staff position forever and hopefully the server will grow any ways guys if you are in fact interested comment on this or skype me at seanyoyo42
