Seeking Plugin Programmers!

-I am in charge of the Zathurian council's latest project: Sathura
-Sathura is a planned Roleplay Server set in a steampunkish era.
Basically Sathura is in need of a coder team that can manage custom plugins.
Needed plugins will include:
Multiple chat channels
3 Basic Ranks
The Ability to choose a nation and gain a skill/bonus from joining that nation.
Nickname plugin
Skills plugin
Basic Roleplay plugins (/roll , /shout *(Action) etc.)
Coder Application:
IGN:
*Email/Skype:
*Proof you can code (Link to something you have coded perhaps):

I'm sorry but... I believe you are asking in the wrong place. Most PMCers around this forum would not be willing to do this for numerous reasons. I recommend asking in the BukkitDev forum. They have a plugin requests section.
