No. I ripped it extremely illegally, I'm hiding from the FBI in a box under Harry Potter's bed.

even still, technic rules are set in stone, you cant upload packs you dont own, and the mod devs havnt given you permission to host and redistribute non open source mods
eh, if it gets taken down, then it gets taken down, I'm not trying to profit off it so I dont see any harm done in putting a popular pack on a more efficient platform.
