Simple teleport

]Hello all. This is always a problem for me, to find a good simple teleport with no elaborate systems.

All I want is a Teleport command where people can teleport to players, spawn, and back to their set home. Nothing else.

I am currently setting up a new server, all vanilla, so I prefer a TP mod that doesnt require any addon, but if needed I guess I am willing to install Spigot or so.

Does anybody know of any, simple Teleport mod like that?
