Single Player Commands..Help? -_-

Okay so i got it downloaded, it works all but a few commands ..and of course there the ones i use the most like //sp area # and all the super pickaxe ones in general....but the // works to enable the super pick which is aggravating me lol.
Anyone have this happen or know what i could try and do to fix this??
