I'm thinking of making a mod where you can customize your skin in minecraft while your playing and other fetchers like downloading other peoples skins and stuff any ideas or has some one already have this.

Well probably not possible... You need to override minecraft skin servers i think
I don't think it is entirely possible because you need to refresh to update.
