Small Mod Request? (Please help!)

So guys, since a lot of you guys are brilliant coders (or brilliant coders in training), I'm requesting a relatively simple mod.

So, when Minecraft detects that things have been changed in the folder where the sounds are (Resources) it will change them back to default, all I want is a mod that prevents that from happening. ( I know, Auditori is a possibility but is much more complex then what I need to be )
