[SOMEONE HELP!] Unknown reason for missing texture and model.

Hello everybody, ive been developing an expansion for thermal recently and im trying to create a new item, but when im in game and searching it up in the inventory, i come to find out it has a weird missing texture/model error?. ill include both a screenshot and my items code for reference, hope someone can help.
