Are there mods that do NOT require forge OR mod loader??

Well, I never said they were a good business... Just that they have a lot of mods.
Some jerk stole my texture pack and posted it there. I told those guys 3 times to take it down and they have ignored me. They suck.
Yes. Plenty. Optifine, for one example. Minecraft ideas mod... so many out there... more village biomes....
9Minecraft is terrible. They post stolen texture packs. Mine in particular. They should be avoided at all costs.

Yes, there are plenty of mods that don't need modloader. ChiHobs has no clue what he's talking about.
Could you tell me how to find them, or list a site or two?
9Minecraft has tons of mods, texture-packs, pretty much everything. Look there. It'll usually tell you if a mod needs modloader or not.

Haha, I do use it! XD You're right, it is easy to use. Although I'd say "Even an idiot like me can use it" Cause I'm worse than a noob when it comes to installing mods (/.\)
Try Kovalics mod pack it's really simple to use. Even a noob at modding like me can use it
