Where can i find the .minecraft\mods folder? do i have 2 create it? And MC forge keeps saying error You need to have run the version 1.8 manually at least once. But I use 1.8.4

Delete your .minecraft folder except eveything you want to save resource packs, world saves your "versions" folder after that once it is deleted download minecraft again (https://minecraft.net/) then install forge here http://adfoc.us/serve/?id=27122855315746 then click install client make sure it directs to C/Users/[USERNAME_HERE]/appdata/roaming/.minecraft and just click "Ok" and make a "mods" folder if it didn't create one, and make sure you use the Forge profile in the launcher
Plus it says "Invalid .jar file: 1.8-Forge11.14.1.1334"
This is the only thing it installed "File: 1.8-Forge11.14.1.1334"
Make sure all 1.8 versions are downloaded and if you used the installer for forge it should've already made the "mods" folder but if not you can just make one and make sure to download "reccommended" not "latest" for forge installation
