[WIP]structure to ONE command MCEdit filter

Doing one-command redstone devices was pretty time consuming, so I thought I'd go ahead and do a filter that does that for you. Be warned: it's heavyly WIP so some things might not work yet (eg. signs that have clickevents or text formatting; I have no idea how to fix that yet).
