Tardis Mod Request?

Hey guys, i'm not even sure if this is possible but can you guys make me a tardis mod. Where a building can look small from the outside but giant from the inside

There have been a few Doctor Who mods, but a mod that makes actual builds bigger on the inside isn't possible unless you made a new dimension that allowed people to build inside (Which some mods do). Also, you're idea isn't very detailed (The more detailed, the more likely it is to be made by someone) and you probably need to contribute to the mod slightly more if it is to be made.
