The everything mod (mod proposal)

Hey guys

I've had an idea for a mod for a while and really want to try to make it happen
unfortunately I have no experience with programming or modding whatsoever and I would need a lot of help. The mod would consist of random characters or anything that you want to put in it it doesnt even matter just a big cool mod full of stuff
