Is it possible for someone to create a mod where you can access a 3rd party system like iTunes in game and change thee music that plays, how often it plays and more. I think it would be great and im surprised no one has made the mod yet

You can in fact interact with iTunes using the media keys. I'm pretty sure you can call on them in Java. But then again, why would you be running iTunes while you're playing Minecraft?

well if you have steam you can have the steam overlay to do stuff. don't think you can access iTunes through it though
I do make same mods but that mod you said would be hard to make I would not know how to do that

Um, I'm not sure, there is a jukebox mod, but that is about as close as it gets I think, but I'm not a modder.
