Tracker Mod
Is there a 1.12.2 mod that allows players to attempt to track a passive mob, a hostile mob, or another player? Howling Moon has a scent ability, but no. You press a button and it gives you a tracking GUI or faint tracks appear on the ground, and it gives you info if you can dicsern them. SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

I already use that. Sorry. I was looking to turn the minimap off and make it harder to see mobs. Plus, mobs randomly dissapear on the map. It makes it hard to track. Journeymap is the closest thiing I can see
