View yourself as a mob client-side

Hey there,
Just wondering if anyone could create a mod that allows you to change what your playermodel is client-side. For example, you could set yourself as a creeper and view yourself as a creeper. The server I run does have DisguiseCraft, but as that is a serverside-plugin, I can't view myself as that mob.

So, if anyone knows of a mod that I couldn't find, or is willing to make this, that would be great!
