What mod is this??

I see this mod all the time but don't know whats it called. It's like this dialougue thing with NPCs where when you right click them, a GUI thing pops up and you can click what you want to say. Can anyone help?

CustomNPCs. Minecraft Comes Alive is dumb BTW don't get it. I use Custom NPCs to make COD-like games in Minecraft, plus other various offline gameplay things.
Calling A mod dumb is dumb... Unless its Pixelmon or something terrible.. They are too completely different kind of mods... CustomNPCS is more for map making and stuff... Minecraft Comes alive is more of a Life Simulator thing... in Minecraft...
so calling an awesome mod or a mod thats crap dumb or stupid or whatever is k? really? also im wondering if anyone saying not to get a mod knows what an opinion is because you may find it complete crap but alot of others will find it an extremely fun mod... also if you use all u want although in 1.7.10 you can make things that wont disappear when changing to vanilla minecraft and mca since it replaces the villagers in an npc village (i can call it that its 1.8... lol? just waste some time typing crap into this thing lol) with the mca peoples that arent squidding around.... baddinch... lol....

It's CustomNPCs, no doubt about it. I've never heard of "Minecraft Comes Alive"...
yeah but just cause you didnt hear of it before doesnt mean its impossible to be it
anderfell said yes it could be custom npc but since you said see it all the time aka alot it might also be minecraft comes alive but not sure how people change the custom msg but Aphmau does this for some characters in minecraft diaries but if you see them and villagers the same time it should be custom npc
