Which version of optifine do I get

Hello everyone!
I am having some minor fps lag and I know that optifine boosts the fps so I was going to download it. When I went to the optifine website there were a bunch of mirror ones for 1.7.4, I wasn't so sure which one I'm supposed to get. Here is what it says:
Minecraft 1.7.4
OptiFine HD Ultra
OptiFine 1.7.4 HD U C7 Download (mirror) 31.01.2014
OptiFine 1.7.4 HD U C5 Download (mirror) 27.01.2014
OptiFine 1.7.4 HD U C4 Download (mirror) 25.01.2014
OptiFine 1.7.4 HD U C3 Download (mirror) 24.01.2014
Which one from that list shall I get? Or should I get any of those at all?

It dosn't matter what you get, but the newest version (C7 in this case) is always better
