Active Staff need!

I am in need of loyal active staff willing to prove themselves. More info is below including who I'm looking for and who I'm not, the responsibilities and rewards, and info on applying.
Note: Please do not apply for Admin with out a least builder first, and you MUST apply on the website.
Who I'm looking for:
I am looking for minecraft players who are experienced in both bukkit and enjin. Also, anyone that could code us a bukkit plugin would qualify for a staff rank. Anyone who wants to apply (This doesn't apply to coders) must play on the server for two weeks before applying.
Who I am not looking for:
People who think they will get a staff rank today by just applying. People who will come on the server once and never come on again. People wh have no experince in (see above). People who have limited time.
The responsibilities:
1. You must be on at least once every three days, for at least an hour.
2. Be VERY mature.
3. Be able to be strict yet fair with players.
4. Be a good builder (For builder only, but still helps on other ranks)
5. Be able to control your temper.
6. Vote for us.
7. Know how to use Bukkit (along with all the plugins we have) and enjin.
8. Have an enjin account.
9. Not be staff on any other servers (This is not required but if you aren't on enough you will get demoted)
10. Be a fun person that will be professional yet personal.
Rewards:
1. Have a staff rank. This includes commands like:
/nick
/gm
/kick (Mods and up)
Lots of others!
2. Respect from players.
3. Getting to help out on the server and goof off with all of our fun, (small), team of current staff.
4. Getting to see things before its publicly released.
5. All the advantages our server offers.
How to apply:
1. Go to the website.
2. Get the server IP.
3. Log on to the server.
4. Play on the server for two (2) weeks and get to know the comminity.
5. Go back to the website.
6. Register or login.
7. Click join website.
8. Click on "Rank Application" (Do not click the down arrow (V))
9. Fill out the application.
10. Submit it. (It should then take you to a new page, if it takes you to the top of the application you did something wrong)
11. Wait.
12. Check your application to see if you got in.

While this is a long and tedious processes, I can assure you that it is worth it and two weeks is like nothing to the months/years of fun you'll have playing and moderating. Hope to see you there!
