Adding plugins to a snapshot server

Hello, recently I started a minecraft server because I played on pandamium and wanted to make my own server with the snapshot. I was wondering how I would add plugins as the rest of the internet has been quitet dry. So I came here, to planetminecraft. I am also looking for developers and staff.
