Maturity: You can't really scale maturity on a scale like a lot of people do on their apps but i am pretty mature since i do keep to myself alot unless i am a staff member on a server, i then get people talking seeing if they need help and all that shiza.
Experience: As a admin i have coded custom plugins for server, sorted permissions and group manager, i have solved disputes between two party's such as racial slurs being thrown around, discrimination problems and just general griefing problems with the needed tools that i have at my disposals. Although sadly these two servers that i have been admin on have gone down due to financial reasons of the owner and because the owner never came on i was basically running the server i then left for 1 week for a holiday and i came back and the server was shutdown. I will not be coding for any other servers apart from my own now since my server will take up alot of my time that i designate for coding custom plugins. I will do perms / group manager because that is pretty easy and only takes like 10 minitues for most tasks.
Rank Wanted: Admin or Moderator i really don't care as long as the higher ranks do not disrespect me.
How Can I Trust You: Suppose you can not talk to the owners since i do not have their Skype's for proof, so suppose you just have to shoot in the dark and hope for the best , you can of course trust me put me on a trial run for a week or so.
Why Should I Choose You: I have had experience of being admins of servers, i am a very fair admin i get both sides of the story and cast my judgement, i am very independent and hardly need any help from higher ranks so i do not bug you like other admins and mods will do (not saying about your server but when i have been on servers as a player i have seen admins and mods bug the owner when he/she is on and the owner just gets frustrated. I will not place my self above everyone else like some other admins and mods might do but i will place everyone on a single level as everyone has the same rights no matter who you are. I am very opinionated and have a opinion on everything and i will also tell you what i think of you and other people and i never take anything back because that is lying and i do not lie, if you take something back you lied and didn't mean it making your whole argument fall apart.
Are You Staff On Another Server, If Yes How Many: I am staff currently i think although i can't get in touch with the owner he roll backed and went to a save and DE staffed everyone i am not to sure if he is sorting this out or not.
How Long Can You Be Online: It depends what i am doing, if it is my own server stuff i will always be on the server as i can multitask since i am multi screening so i can have minecraft on one screen and java script on the other screen or something else. If i am raiding on World of Warcraft which is only on Fridays night (mostly sometimes the guild master changes it depending if progression or just alt run) if it is not on Friday nights i will alert you one week early, i would multi screen the Raid and Server but i have to concentrate during raids due to me being the guilds Main Tank.
