Admin for hire
I am a helpfull person, love helping people from all kinds of stuff, from griefers, or even people that have a question. I am 11, but i am really mature. (I can do stuff that my 15 yr old brother can't do!). i can even be a moderator. This is my own application for anyone that is interested in me for a staff position in their server, this is one hundred percent honest:

Maturity 1/10: 7/10 I am still strict/mature but I can still take a joke.
Experience being staff: Currently Head Admin on one server. I've been staff on about six different servers. They all shut down.
What I can build: Anything with Redstone. I am not that great with building.
Plugins I'm experienced with: Essentials, NPC's, No Cheat, No Cheat Plus, Log Block, Hawk Eye, Core Protect, Residence, Factions, Towny, Pex(Permissions Ex), Lottery, Vanish No Packet, MCJobs, World Guard, World Edit, many more.
Can I make plugins: No. I can make mods though
Can I donate: No
Time Playing Minecraft: Since 1.6 Beta
Team Viewer/ McMyAdmin for Console access: Yes
I can devote this many hours: 3-5 considering I still have another server to administrate.
