I have lots of experience I don't use hack clients I have discord and skype and team speak but sometimes I cant talk.

I play minecraft for like 4 hours every day maybe more,
I have experience with permissions and world edit.I never abuse my admin except if I'm trolling hackers and I don't give people many free items without a rank.
I have been banned twice in my Minecraft life.
I have never had my name changed
My timezone is Gmt/Bst
Another reason is I think I can help keep players playing, one thing I've noticed is that when players join and ask questions and no one answers, they IMMEDIATELY think that the staff on the server isn't good, and they leave. Another thing that happens is the obvious hackers, someone wants to PvP but they can't, because of hackers. If there is no staff on the bullying Can happen and no one can stop that
