Admin for permissions!

I just bought a minecraft server and have everything ready except for permissions. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing is working for me. Anyone who can help me set them up (as in guiding me through it on Skype) gets admin and possibly Operator. Email me at carson.mc3@gmail.com if u want admin. BTW server is 30 slots.
