I'm searching someone who's at least 16 and wants to be an admin at my server. He should be online very often, know how to make a server more popular and of course have fun in minecraft. I need help in setting up a good spawn and maybe you got some good ideas for a server system. Website, onlineshop and so on are already configured.

Why: Due to being very Professional and wanting to let other servers grow like other's that I have got off the ground, but I am wanting a server that I can stay on practically Perminantly.
How Often: I'm not going to lie but nearly every day and maybe even more.
Plugins: Due to my experience with server's and hosting my own server; which is now deactivated (JoCraft.Server.com) and i can get you an IP like that if you wish, I know the use of many plugins.
