Hello, I'm currently creating a RPG themed server which will have custom quests, gear, mobs etc (all the important RPG aspects). But I'm looking for someone who can both help me setup the server initially and run the server post setup so I don't have to constantly check on it.
As this role you would be basically admin/co-owner but the rank for owner would be "King" to fit the RPG theme so you would likely get rank name "Prince" or "King's Guard" or something else if it fits the theme.
Things you would do for the server as this role: server upkeep (restarts, backups etc), recruiting (finding builders/mods etc but I would help with this too), plugins (I can set them up, or you can if you'd prefer), basic admin stuff to keep players in line with the rules. Also you would have access to the multicraft panel.

Why do i want to become a admin on our server ? : I would like to come on your server and become an admin so that i can help you and the rest of the staff become as good as a sever we can and provide a fun and safe environment for all the players to play in. I aspire to make everyone feel welcome and make sure they have a good time. that is why I would love to become an admin on your server.
Do I have experience in being staff ? list all positions you have been : Indeed i do! I have been A builder once and realized that that position just isn't for me so than i set out on becoming and admin 4 times and head-admin twice.
What can I bring to your server ? : I can bring fun and safety to your server. I also am a strong leader like i mentioned before and I would be able to take charge of projects you need done and delegate people to do those. I also am a handyman myself and if something isn't done correctly I can come in and fix it. You know what they say, if you want something done right than you have to do it yourself.
What are my goals ? : My goal is to help your server evolve into a greater bigger server over time and help you with thing you need done.
Why do I feel i would be a good admin : I feel I would be a better admin than mod because I feel as if i posses a greater leadership position and more of a hands on and take charge an faction position.
Time I could spend on our server per day - week : I can dedicate a good amount of time to you and your server as I try my best to get on 3-5 times a week.

If yes for how long: My server ran for almost 4 months until a group of hackers decided to come into the server and destroy it. We tried to rebuild it but they kept coming back.
Are you interested in setting up plugins?: Setting up plugins is my favorite part of a server. I am also really good at setting permissions when it comes to groupmanager or PEX.
