Co-Owner Interview: I have been the Co-Owner for 2 other servers in minecraft history, the first one was for a young kid name Tej; who later on became an amazing friend of mine. I have been the Co-Owner on 2 of his servers before he left. (NOTE: One was an MC Classic Server). Ever since he left minecraft I have really felt the desire to admin again. I take very much pride in being a role model for younger players; not only does it enable me to teach them useful tips, but it also allows me to protect them from hackers, griefers, and any sort of bully there is; to me that is the most important role for a Co-Owner or a major administrator, to maintain order, and establish a fair playing field for everyone.

What can I bring to the server? I can bring a sense of order and peace between the players. I have earned the nickname "Peacekeeper" because of this. I have skills in plugins, coding, and i am a sociology/psychology minor so i can settle disputes.i love building and helping the players so they can have fun.

Why should you pick me? You should pick me because I create high standards for a server and once they are established the players keep those standards alive. I have been everything from trial-mod to owner. I keep chat respectable and mature, and i don't settle for anything but the best.
An example situation of someone breaking the rules and what I would do. Suppose there was this kid using nodus, and everyone kept complaining about him. I would tell the players to get screenshots of him/her and then send them to me on skype, then with 'proof' he/her was something to look into, i would follow him/her in vanish and see if it was indisputable truth that he/her was hacking. then i would follow the set protocol to deal with a hacker.

Short reason why you think you deserve the role: Well, I deserve the role is because of my past experiences. I used to be a regular mod and later promoted to a head mod. I can bring this past experience into this server and help it prosper. Another reason why I deserve the roll is the server will be impacted as me being in this position. Whenever someone asks me questions I am quick to respond (If i know it) and this will leave players happy and satisfied. I think if everyone is happy and satisfied, they will stay in the server for longer and recommend more people
Also catching hackers is one of my main strengths. I use various commands, problem solving, and common sense/knowledge to determine if someone is hacking in my eyes before banning them.

You should consider the both of us, because you won't only have one, but two awesome builders who have very creative and awesome ideas, dont mean to brag or anything... .
