Admins Needed for Growing MC Server (Redstone Rangers)

Our server has grown from 1Gb to a 16Gb dedicated server in less than three months on donations alone.
We have a strong community of dedicated players who love the server and many of whom are on it most hours of most days.
We own a Xenforo forum just like Bukkit and Spout's and it's getting busier by the day.
But we need help! We're looking for a skilled Admin to join our friendly team of staff and make our server their new home.
We need you to have experience in the following, and the list begins with the most vital, leading up to the more complicated but less compulsory skills:

- Initiative
- Ability to try finding solutions to problems before asking for help
- A good understanding of how multiplayer servers work beyond the technical side of things - i.e. the reasons behind the rules we have and the ability to interpret the rules for grey areas where rules don't explicitly instruct you on what to do
- Be able to use Multicraft control panel
- Configuration of basic Bukkit plugins
- Bukkit and Essentials admin commands
- Ubuntu 10.04 skills:
- Security and Permissions (chmod, chown)
- FTP setup
- SSH
- Multicraft configuration
- Fresh ideas for how to make our server even better

Hey, I would be delighted to help you with your server and to be a administrator. I have had a good history with finding solutions to problems and also, I was promoted to engineer on a server because of the effort I put into the town. Not only building it, but also thinking of new ways to making it so unique and special. I haven't had the time to create my own server because to be honest, I'm not that much of a computer wiz. I haven't been a admin before, that's the main reason why I am eager to become one. I allways see on these servers these admin's who put up with all the questions and hassle of the people who join. I've allways thought to myself that they all started small. So, I thought I could have a try. I have been researching into commands and the way the admin should behave. I don't consider myself to be mean, I even think I'm a nice person. But, I am really strict if I have to be. I do go on Minecraft atleast 1 hour a day. So, you'll want to get rid of me I hope you give me a chance and that we will become friends in the future. I think it's a good idea to say some background info: I'm 14 years.
