My server is on easy. We have factions so you can create one and claim land. We also use worldguard to protect members land which is another way we can help you control who does what with your things. We offer lockette so you can protect your chests. We do not allow you to sell items back to the server and the user shops are reserved for donators, however you can earn money by killing mobs and/or gamblimg everything away on slot machines lol. We just opened the houses at spawn up for sale ranging from $5,000 - $40,000 so that you have to work at it to live in spawn.
