Alpha/Beta Server [Help Needed] a1.0-b1.7.3

Basically I really want a server where I can play in early beta or alpha. It's possible for me to go back to any version of Minecraft and I have a server file for Beta 1.4. It would be great to have someone run the server for me since my computer is slow. I know how to code so I can also figure out custom plugins. Technically whoever runs the server can name themselves as the owner of the server and I would be an admin.

*Kind of an obvious statement, but some might not know:
The server would be run in offline mode and an older launcher would be needed for those willing to play.

Comment below suggestions or PM me if you want to run the server. Note that it doesn't HAVE to be Beta 1.4, you can choose from alpha 1.0 to beta 1.7.3.
