I have spawn animals and spawn mobs set to true and i have tried a mob control mod but it didn't work if you help you get mod. Server ip is 108.163.251.91:25579 and please reply or go on server to talk! thanks!

Go to server properties or essentials and you probably have mob spawn set to false so change it to true.
