Anyone need a plugin manager?

Hello, my name is Mad_Crumb1101 and I want to manage a server's plugins.
So if you are not smart with plugins, pm me or reply to this post. I appreciate it!
Plugins I suggest, whether you want me as a plugin manager or not: Essentials, Worldedit and Worldguard, Coreprotect, LogBlock, and Watchog.
