I have to look for a new Minecraft server to be staff on preferably Factions. But I have experience with Prison, Survival, and Regular PvP.
-Why I should be chosen: Simple, I have had 4 years of experience as staff for numerous minecraft servers. "Links can be provided, But some might be Closed/Offline." I used to Own, Co-Own, Develop, and Manage servers. Most recent was being a Developer for Realms Of Origin "realmsoforigin.enjin.com/" which was a Rpg server. I have rebuilt, Developed, and Managed Numerous Servers.
-What i typically do if there is grief "Survival or Non-Grief Server", I would head over to the place that is supposedly griefed and use a Anti-Grief plugin such as Hawkeye or CoreProtect "Prefered". Then rollback to minutes before the grief, With a Temp/Permanent Ban depending on the severity of it. With the ban message being "Go to Site and apply for an Appeal."
-On time: I have nothing to do, But it will cut soon as Sports I play start today and go till Fall, then starts again in Spring/Summer.
--Plugins I like to use: WorldEdit, WorldGuard, Essentials, ClearLag, And a couple others. Mainly used in Prison or Pvp/Faction based servers.

About myself: I am in High School, Honors and Ap classes. I speak English and decent spanish/Japanese. Used to speak German, French, and Chinese. I used to learn Hacking, Stopped though. UnEmployed. I play 3 Sports, Lacrosse, Cross Country and Marching Band. I used to make YouTube Videos, But account got terminated And Equipment had broken.
