My banner won't work.

Hey, recently I upgraded to a way more awesome banner for my server and have been wanting to try it out. Unfortunately it doesnt seem to want to work and I have no idea why. When I go into the server editing page, I upload it and it shows the banner fine, but when i go to view the server the old banner is still there. I even recently bumped the server, and when I went to the server list to see it the old banner was still showing. This new banner is leagues better than the old one, so please help me figure this out.
