Best Server Hosting

Hey, guys, I'm thinking about starting up a server. I have used a few different hosting sites, and I was wondering what is best. So I am asking you, THE ALMIGHTY... PLANET MINECRAFT FORUM PUBLIC!!!!

But seriously, I'd love to see what hosting website/program is cheap and working. I am expecting to hold about 5-10 people, so I won't need a real fancy server. I can pay $10 a month, preferably less. Plugins are not needed (or wanted, really), as I can utilize command blocks.
