He comes onto your server and asks for OP because
he is checking for lag.
Don't believe him at all.
Anyways, you shouldn't if you're smart enough.
Tries to scare you into thinking your
server will be shutdown in a few days
and that he is reporting your server.
Do NOT give in, and ban him
IMMEDIATELY.
