Past Exp: I owned and operated my own server for around 5-6 months, only shutting it down to pursue other projects of mine. I taught myself EVERYTHING from the ground up, including the 28 plugins I had (some of which were minigames and the like).
About me: I am not ban-happy, nor do I go power-mad which I have seen waaay too much with younger staff. I consider myself quite reasonable, but firm if need be. Talk to me to learn more, I suppose. In terms of Minecraft, I am a perfectionist when it comes to building; to the brink of OCD (joking, sort of). I am good with redstone, command blocks, ingenuity really as a whole.
By Developer, I am unsure of what you mean, as the term developer usually refers to a code/plugin developer, not just one who knows how to work them. As the case may be, I do know how to work permissions (my experience being in Group Manager), and am quite capable of learning the ins and outs of the other two listed (quite fast). Like I said, I had to teach myself everything, and I ran the entire thing myself, garnering about 20 loyal players at the peak of its existence.
Incidentally, I am also a Java programmer (currently working on a mod and my own RPG game), so if a real developer is what you are looking for, I could lend a hand.
