past work?: i owned and developed my own server. i also built it, i am very experienced in plugins that are already existing, i can set up all your ranks and anything else you need done.
can u code plugins?: sorry no (Thats a Plugin Developer)
why do you wanna be a dev?: i have recently been dev on my own server and i found it fun and worth doing. i shut down my server and am now looking for a server that can take its place.

can u code (COSTUM) plugins?: Nup yet again thats a plugin dev not a "developer" in general.

do u promise to not ask access to console or any backround things?: I promise, but to fully set things up console may be required. but i can do most things without it, i can just step to step you through what i need done.
