[Survival/Team PvP] BorderClans

BorderClans is a SMP server with a twist. When you join the server, you are randomly selected to join 1 of 2 teams. (Red or Blue). You are encouraged to help your teammates and establish a base for you team. Red team owns the - x coordinates and blue owns the + x coordinate. The map border is 4000x4000. There will be map reset(s) every 4-8 weeks. Teams are randomized to balance out the teams. Teams are allowed to PvP and raid the other teams/bases. Teams are not allowed to build a base on the other team's side!

Rules:
- Do not combat log, which is leaving the server in order to avoid death to a player or a mob.
- Do not announce base coordinates of your team base, or team members.
- Do not teamgrief.
Placing and/or setting off TNT near teammates or near team infrastructures (eg. chests, farms, etc.) within one’s own base.
Destroying one's own team's chests or workbenches.
Aiding or working together with a member of the other team
- Do not be disrespectful. Excessive swearing, rudeness and harassment is not tolerated.
- Do not spam.
- Do not advertise.
- Do not impersonate any member of the staff, or claim to be a member of the staff.
- Any client modifications that give an unfair advantage over vanilla Minecraft users are illegal while playing.
The following mods are permitted during gameplay:
Optifine
ArmorStatusHUD/StatusEffectHUD
Minimaps, granted that it does not show player's movement in real time.
The following mods are prohibited during gameplay:
Mods that expose or enlarge the name-tags of players
Automatic tool selectors
Minimaps that show entity positions, or show caves/underground.
Hacked clients
Staff:
