What experience do you have? - I’ve been on and off working on my own and for others. I have 4 years of Minecraft staffing experience. I’ve dealt with owning, managing, building, and hiring, and so much more for countless servers. The reason why I’m looking for another right now is that I do online schooling which means I get a lot of free time. Currently, I’m working on my own small server, but just for a few friends, and I know I can and want to do more. For the past 5 or 6 years, I’ve been volunteering around my community with the AnnArbor YMCA and FoodGathers Organization. I’ve been able to help with some of the nation's most needy and grateful. It’s been some of the hardest work I’ve ever done. I know it's not exactly Minecraft experience but I know how to deal with people. I have communication skills and I can interact with people in a mature and friendly way.
Hours on Minecraft - There are two ways of answering this question. The first way is how many hours total have I played Minecraft. In total it’s my second most played game with somewhere between 170-200 hours played. The second answer I suppose is how many hours I can put into the server. On average with any other server I’ve worked on I can dedicate at least 5-10 hours a week. This may be decreased depending on whether or not I get Co-owner or not.
Do you have a mic? -yes, I do have a mic on my computer.
Why should we pick you? - I will be very honest here. I am dealing with personal matters which cause me to sometimes get overreacted and a bit frustrated. I think everyone gets frustrated sometimes but I get frustrated. I’ve been working on this for years and I would 1000% say it’s gotten better. I know how to handle myself and I do have a significant amount of self-control and maturity towards situations. I also have all of my previous Minecraft experience to contribute whether or not it just be informative to you. To add I also have my volunteering experience. This, in my opinion, is the best experience one can have. I’ve learned communications skills and overall people skills. I know how to deescalate situations and be a better person. I don’t want to brag but it’s a very important thing to me. The 700 hours I’ve dedicated from my life has and will continue to pay off.

Website design? - Err. That’s a big no on this one lol. I don’t usually work with web design or anything similar. I wish I had this skill though.
Experience with plugins, general functionality? - Because I’ve just been working on servers for such a long time now I do have so much experience in all the plugins required to create almost any SMP server. I am very good with permissions and role design. When it comes to votifier I’ve been able to get it working a few times, but votifier is one of the trickiest plugins to work with. It involves IP configs and address routing that I’m still learning. Overall I do have all the experience that I believe I need at this point in my chapter. I am still constantly learning new plugins and such. For example, I tried out my test server with some PVP plugins and was able to get custom bows working with custom effects and “abilities”. It was just for fun and research purposes though.
Anything else (extra)? - Well to start I have a few hobbies that include Fishing, Wildlife and Fishery preservation, Gaming, and Volunteer work.
