Build Server needs building :P

We are soon reopening our server.
We lost funding 4-5 months ago so it had to be closed down.
But we have funds and hosting it again.
We are still sorting it out and getting the mods fully working.
So during this time we have it white listed.
We are looking for talented people who can potentially OP the server.
The server it's self used to have 100 slots full 24/7. So we need people we can trust.
If you would like to join and help build it back up before we open it up fully again post your IGN, age and image of work you have done before.
Do note that the server is in the UK. People in US / out side Europe might have problems...

cracked?
the thing is: I'm admin/owner on big Croatian (Croatia is a small country in Europe known by it's natural beauties, Adriatic sea, bla bla bla...) we put limit on 30 slots i think but we can have up to 500 slots but that is problem because server is running on 1GB RAM only.. so what I'm asking is: Is this server cracked? i don't have org MC because I don't have money for it, jet.. so if it's cracked I'll be glad to join you guys and help around, I'm good English speaker, fast writer and I've been playing the game since alpha so I'm skilled and i know about all of them commands and block ID's and stuff...
