Builder(s) for server spawn needed

What do i need:
I need a builder that i can trust for building a spawn area for my new server with me. I already have a temporary spawn to start. ( if you are good with redstone that would be awesome to add some cool effects to the spawn area, But it is not necessary )

what kind of server are making: I'm making a 24/7 faction, mcmmo,... server, First i'm starting with 40 player slots or something but this may expand later if the server is running good

what needs to be build: I want to build a Server spawn area, with spawn area i do not mean one massive building but more like a town with various buildings (ex: A shop, walls, Arena,... ) these are just some example but you can also teach me new, cool things

Now something about myself... My name is Jorn and I'm from Antwerp in Belgium i had a minecraft server before with my mate which was a good running server with always 15-30 players online. I love skating and gaming ofcourse ...
