Phantom PVP is a brand new server. Bobleeo and I are co-owning it, as we just merged our two servers together to create a new map with new features.

- Must be available at least 4 days per week.
- Must be able to build at a moderate or quick pace.
- Must have a good sum of experience with building.

- Receive a Builder rank. Nobody has one at this time.
- Obtain access to Admin Land, reserved space for building that normal members cannot access.
- Receive WorldEdit commands
- Receive Creative mode
