Building Experience - I have been building since I started Minecraft. I have built a spawn in a server before, as well as many castles and dungeons. I build with detail and block variety.
Any experience with WorldEdit? -Yes. The server that I built the spawn in also allowed me to be an admin, so I would use World edit to clear Grief (tnt) holes and malfunctioning water.
Any experience with VoxelSniper? - I have never used VoxelSniper, but I have seen videos and be glad to learn it.

How much time will you dedicate to this project? - Lots. I play Minecraft a lot and I am willing to dedicate a good portion of that to this project. From checking for missing grass blocks to building a town, I can do it.
