Builders and Developers Needed! [SEE OFFER]

Hello PMC,
I am Meowlupus123, the Head Administrator of EpiphanyRealms. I have begun working on a Walking Dead world for our server, but no plugins seem to fit what we want to do. All the mob management plugins are either broken or do not support single worlds. All MineZ plugins' code are kind of messed up, so the spawning system as well as the enabling/disabling of MineZ values doesn't work. That's why I have come here to ask for a skilled Minecraft Plugin developer who could write a good plugin that fits our needs. IF you wish to be paid in money, you will need to wait until after March 2nd, and I will pay once the plugin is completed, how much I pay based on the quality. If you would rather prefer, we could pay you in rank, and give you Legendary (normally $40) in exchange for the plugin you write. In addition to dev's, we are also in need of a few builders as making an entire world with cities, towns, and other famous TWD structures alone is a big hassle. Just leave your name and a picture of something you built here and I will judge off that. (Builders will not be receiving WorldEdit for liability reasons sorry)
