I need builders, my server is nearly complete and no one is willing to be a steady builder. I need a Main spawn a survival spawn and RPG city built (ask details) and a bunch of other stuff.
I am used to Voxel Box quality builds from my main builder Eforn, however he is inactive with college and cannot build for me. I will expect nothing less the grade A building. We will be a 24/7 and very popular server. So if you are looking to get your name out, this is your chance.

I will help build. I can work with others effectively and i have skype (if needed). I like building modern and love making buildings. I am 14 but I don't think i should be judged on that. I should be judge on my skills. I hope i get accepted.

Throws them aside? Someone who can't make the team isn't left on the team so we don't hurt their feelings lol. Someone who applies shouldn't expect to get every job they apply for. Every single player I have had apply has said in their own words, that they can not handle, what we have.
Their words not mine. The ones who can build decent, stay as work horses for the pros. The ones who can't build anything more than a box are left at a member rank. So tell me, where is the throwing them aside mate?
Our requirements my be strict, but we haven't banned anyone for not knowing how to build. Anyone of these members can come onto our server and play, or reapply again when they get better. I have even offered a few of them a chance to learn along side some of the better builders.

Is this all Minecraft has to offer? I haven't found a single person who is a decent builder. A bunch of noobs thinking they are maybe, but no one of note.
