Builders/Developers Needed (Willing to pay monthly/perbuild)

Currently our nearly fully developed server needed immediate builders/and or developers. Age doesn't matter as long as you get the job done. Our monthly payment is $20 or $25 per build.
Build teams payments are quite different as were projected for Great amounts of players, that a build team is preferred. $60 per build is the payment there. And $55 per build, if it's meeting our needs.
I appreciate any reply's that this topic consumes.

Me and my friend Isaac are extremely experienced builders!!! our skill level is honestly a 9.5/10 and we can build anything from a giant glittery bird, to a beautiful castle or modern home! we begin builds on a server and then stay EXTREMELY active on that one server till the job is done. not much of a help with coding (although i can help if i have to) Truly if i were to get paid to do something i loved and was REALLY good at i would explode...anyway yeah i think me and my friend are perfect for the job! Hello, I would love to develop some plugins for the server. Don't expect me to do too advanced of them though. My spike name is samuelgbg and I am 13 years old. As I just started coding for about 1-2 months ago I haven't made any cool plugins yet.
